Rainguard Brands, LLC, a well-known manufacturer of specialty coatings for do-it-yourself consumers and professional contractors, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CACG Missouri, LLC, the owner of Precision Coatings, a renowned brand in the commercial architectural performance market. This strategic purchase will combine Rainguard Brands' wood and cementitious coatings and solutions expertise with Precision Coatings' advanced coating technologies in the commercial architectural segment. Claude Florent, CEO of Rainguard Brands, LLC, stated, "This acquisition represents a significant step in our growth strategy.
