The Northwood Villas condominiums had rust marks on 6 of their condos due to rainwater that had been dripping onto the sides of the condos for years. Northwood Villas reached out to us for help on how to remove these stains, and we guided them to MDR HD 100.
They applied a single coat of MDR HD 100 with a pump sprayer, and after waiting 5 minutes, they used a water hose to rinse, washing the rust stains off the buildings!
MDR HD 100 is a powerful cleaning solution with a wide array of uses, including:
- Effective Stain Removal: It efficiently dissolves and eliminates mineral and stain deposits, making it ideal for cleaning masonry surfaces and other substrates.
- Ease of Use: The solution is simple to apply, requiring just a spray-on and rinse-off process with no need for scrubbing or respirators.
- Preparation for Sealing: MDR HD 100 is recommended as a pre-treatment to clean surfaces before sealing or applying a coating, ensuring a better finish.
- Wood Beautification: It is effective in removing tannin stains and brightening wood, restoring its intended design.
- Masonry Preparation: The product prepares masonry for sealers and top coats, reducing water introduction that can cause efflorescence.
