Blok-Lok: Powell Plaza

The Powell Plaza of shops in Roseburg, Oregon, features split-faced blocks that make up the majority of the walls on these buildings. The plaza needed a product that could penetrate the blocks in order to protect them from water damage and the buildup of efflorescence. That's why Heritage Painting Co. recommended Blok-Lok to them. 

Blok-Lok is a water-based, silane/siloxane sealer designed to protect concrete, brick, and masonry surfaces from water penetration, stains, and weather damage. It deeply penetrates surfaces, creating a breathable barrier that repels water while allowing moisture to escape, preventing issues like efflorescence, cracking, and spalling.

Blok-Lok also provides long-lasting protection against freeze-thaw cycles, helping to extend the life and appearance of masonry structures.
