The initial phase involved restructuring traffic lanes and enhancing the area's aesthetic appeal with the addition of trees, park benches, dog-friendly areas, and pedestrian walkways. Subsequently, the city focused on enriching the cultural landscape of Downtown Lancaster. In collaboration with Pow Wow Antelope Valley, the Museum of Art and History in Lancaster facilitated the arrival of muralists in the years 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2022. This initiative led to the creation of 57 distinctive murals that now adorn the downtown area. ![Mural Resized 2](https://blog.rainguardpro.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Mural%20Resized%202.png?width=1920&height=1080&name=Mural%20Resized%202.png) Given the significance of these murals, the Museum of Art and History sought effective solutions to preserve the murals against the elements and graffiti. After consulting with their local Dunn-Edwards store, VandlGuard IsoFree was recommended as their best solution. VandlGuard IsoFree offers exceptional protection against graffiti, harsh weather, UV exposure, and corrosion, thanks to its innovative, isocyanate-free, water-based aliphatic polyurethane formula. It's environmentally friendly with zero VOCs and no odor, and it's highly durable, ensuring long-lasting surface protection.
