St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, a symbol of faith, has taken proactive measures to protect its historic building from water damage and the unforgiving effects of nature. Thanks to the innovative solution offered by RainguardPro Micro-Seal, this beloved church now boasts an impervious shield against the elements, ensuring the preservation of its legacy for years to come.
The benefits of Micro-Seal are twofold. Firstly, it protects the structural integrity of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church by mitigating cracks, erosion, and mold growth that can result from water damage. Secondly, it offers long-term cost savings by reducing the need for frequent repairs and restoration work.
[Micro-Seal](https://rainguardpro.com/Micro-Seal-1-Gal) is a clear penetrating water repellent that is non-yellowing, low odor, zero VOC, and non-toxic. Formulated to not be affected by weathering, salt, dirt, freezing temperatures, UV light, and wind-driven rain, among many other damaging elements. Micro-Seal dries down to a clear, natural finish that does not change the surface texture or color. Micro-Seal is eligible for a material warranty of up to 10 years.
