Micro-Seal: Waunakee Business Center

In Madison, WI, the Waunakee Business Center needed a solution to repel water on the brick of their building and the brick sign holder advertising the businesses in the center.

Contractor QBS applied Micro-Seal to protect the brick from water intrusion, weathering, salt, dirt, freezing temperatures, and UV light. Micro-Seal prevents the buildup of efflorescence, keeping the brick clean and free from unsightly white deposits. As shown in the picture, water has been absorbed into the brick. Micro-Seal also stops water absorption, ensuring the brick remains dry and durable, even in harsh conditions.
